Start with sizing. Build toward better fit.
HandMeasured is a patent-pending iPhone hand-measurement system for glove companies. We're starting with brand sizing, then building toward product-specific fit and bespoke glove development.
Patent pending · Working iPhone prototype · Validation in progress
Brand-specific sizing
The working prototype is being tested with a limited set of size charts. It guides the iPhone scan, checks scan quality, and applies the brand's own measuring and sizing rules—without a ruler or kiosk.
- Guided iPhone capture with quality controls
- Your measuring method and size chart
- Best-supported size, two-size result, out-of-range notice, or retake

Fit intelligence
As more measurements and product rules prove out, HandMeasured can help brands handle different hand proportions, customers between sizes, and fit differences across glove models.
- Expand the validated measurement set
- Model product-specific fit requirements
- Identify where standard sizes lose useful information

Bespoke glove development
The long-term goal is to turn validated hand geometry into an individualized glove specification and pattern. The software foundation exists, but factory integration and physical glove testing are still required.
- Individualized glove specifications
- Parametric pattern-generation inputs
- Digital manufacturing handoff after factory testing

Other hand-worn products
Wearables, jewelry, and other hand-worn products may eventually use parts of the same technology. Each category would need its own measurements, product rules, and proof.
- Gloves remain our focus
- Each category needs separate proof
- No claims before a category is tested

Start with a size. Build toward a glove made for the hand.

Starting with athletic and work gloves.
We're testing the prototype against glove size charts first. Each brand's measuring method, size cutoffs, and intended fit need to be handled on their own terms.
Sizing first. Fit intelligence next. Bespoke gloves over time.
