HandMeasured combines guided scanning, TrueDepth data, anatomical landmarks, measurement, scan-quality checks, and your own sizing rules. Sizing comes first; product-specific fit and bespoke glove development require more testing.

One scan. The measurements your sizing method needs.

HandMeasured calculates the supported dimensions first, then applies the sizing rules you select. That lets us test one clear use now without limiting the longer-term path toward product-specific fit and, after more proof, manufacturing inputs.

Current scope

Sizing is where we're starting.

The current pilot is limited to selected charts that rely mainly on hand length. Other measurements and brand methods are still being tested before they are used in customer-facing sizing.

How it is built

One measurement system, built in stages.

Brand sizing comes first because it can be tested against existing charts. Next, additional measurements and product rules can support more detailed fit decisions. The long-term goal is to use validated hand geometry for individualized patterns and factory production.

Guided mobile capture

A consistent on-device flow replaces rulers, cards, kiosks, and store fixtures.

Depth-aware geometry

The prototype combines hand landmarks with front TrueDepth data on supported iPhones.

Brand-specific logic

Supported measurements are paired with your measuring method, size chart, and boundary rules.

Sizing comes first. Product-specific fit and pattern inputs follow only as the required measurements prove out.

The iPhone prototype works, and the technology is patent pending. The broader measurement and sizing claims are still being tested, so we keep our public claims narrow.

What we don't claim yet

We are still doing the work. Until the evidence supports it, we don't publish:

  • Exact accuracy numbers or percentages
  • A guaranteed correct size or fit
  • Reduced returns or higher conversion
  • Production-ready bespoke patterns or factory integration
