About HandMeasured

HandMeasured is an early-stage iPhone hand-measurement system being developed for brands, retailers, and manufacturers. It is patent pending, has a working prototype, and remains in testing. Content on this Site is provided for general information, may change without notice, and is not a binding offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of any particular accuracy or result.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or republish Site content at scale without permission;
• Use the Site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, graphics, logos, and the HandMeasured name and branding are owned by Black Hills, Inc. and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.
